Rolf Allan’s business background originated in metals having set up Allan Aluminium in 1967, distributors of semi-manufactured non-ferrous metals. Rolf sold the company in 1981, channelled his entrepreneurial flair and diversified into property investment, co-founding Allan Properties in 1986 with his son, Timothy. With a wealth of experience in business and sales, limitless energy and thirst for new opportunities, Rolf brings a valued perspective and balance to the company.

Timothy built Allan Properties with his father and is the driving force behind the continuing growth and development of the company, creating value through active asset management. His skills lie in recognising potential opportunities, swift decision making and negotiation and his eye for detail ensures the portfolio is well administered and performing successfully. He closely oversees the development projects and is focussed on leading the operational strategy to ensure that the company evolves and adapts to changing market conditions.

Adam joined the company in 2022 as Financial Controller, responsible for all accounting, finance and taxation matters. Adam is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), qualifying in 2014. He was previously a senior manager at a London accountancy practice, responsible for a broad portfolio of audit, accountancy and tax clients, including numerous large and high-profile businesses. Adam also has a degree in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.

David joined the company in March 1992 having trained at an established London property management and investment firm. David is well-respected within the field of property investment combining extensive experience as a property buyer with expert London market knowledge. He has built a trusted core of contacts and is dedicated to finding the right property, however long it takes. His ability to quickly build rapport ensures his success, and his objective, unbiased approach keeps Allan Properties ahead of other purchasers in the market.
